About UrbanNest Builds

A residential specialist, focused on how homes really work.

UrbanNest Builds is a London-based interior improvement and residential build company founded and operated by Rohan Pudasiani.

We exist because most British homes contain wasted space — awkward alcoves, neglected utility rooms, spare bedrooms that could be working offices, hallways that could quietly store half a household. Our work is to turn those underused corners into the parts of a home you actually rely on.

Every project we take on is reviewed individually. We don't sell off-the-shelf packages dressed up as bespoke work — we look at the property, listen to how the household lives in it, and recommend the improvements that will make a real difference.

Before any scheduling begins, you'll receive a written project specification: scope of work, expected outcomes, materials, timeline. It's how we keep projects calm, transparent and on track.

What we believe

Practical, calm, residential work

·

Residential improvement projects

We work exclusively in homes. That's where our experience is, and where our recommendations are sharpest.

·

Practical living solutions

Every recommendation has to answer a real question: does this make daily life easier, calmer or more organised?

·

Home organisation

Better storage isn't decorative — it's the foundation of a home that feels in control.

·

Space optimisation

Most homes don't need more square footage. They need the existing space used more intelligently.

·

Customer communication

One point of contact, written specifications, and regular updates throughout the project.

·

Professional project planning

Quiet, organised work. No surprises, no scope creep, no vague "we'll see how it goes".
